Imagine someone saying the most hurtful and wrecking things to you. The kind of pain you feel then makes sure that you’re never ever the person who is inflicting pain on others with your words. That’s learning.
Imagine stepping on a lego. The kind of pain you feel then makes sure that you never let legos be lying around your house. That’s improvement & change.

Although these 2 scenarios are completely unrelated, they are highly relatable. Because every single person around you has felt pain in one way or another.
