RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
WHAT IS WEEZY’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
At Weezy, we’re committed to making sure you love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right or feel right, we’ve got you covered. We offer both returns and exchanges — just raise a request within 14 days of delivery through your Weezy account or via the Exchange/Return link under the Helpline section in the footer of our website.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
All returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Each piece should be in the same condition as you received it. We currently don’t offer a direct try-on option for size checks on our website — however, it’s exclusively available for articles listed on our 60-minute delivery partner platform – Knot, Mumbai.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Yes — all products sold on Weezy.in are returnable and eligible for exchange, unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
If you’ve paid online, your refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your product and complete our quality check. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we issue a store credit valid for 365 days from the date of issue — and it can be used site-wide on any product.
HOW DO I RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST?
It’s simple. Log in to your Weezy account or click on the Exchange/Return link under the Helpline section in the footer of our website. Once your request is approved, our team will take care of the reverse pickup or guide you through the next steps.
WHO BEARS THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING?
Your first exchange on any product is completely on us — Weezy bears the full cost of the first pickup. Any additional exchanges for the same product will attract a flat fee of ₹250. If you’ve received a faulty or wrong product, we take full responsibility and will replace it at the fastest possible speed — completely free of charge.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
In the unlikely case that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please let us know immediately. We’ll arrange a priority pickup and ship out a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer — at no additional cost.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
Once your returned item reaches our facility, our quality control team will inspect it within 2 to 3 business days. After that, refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
