HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. products available in our new delhi facility are dispatched within 24 hours, while imported products require 2 to 3 business days for processing before dispatch. every product goes through a final quality check before leaving our facility.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners — bluedart air and delhivery premium — to ensure speed and safety.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery timelines depend on the type of product:

  • Domestic products: delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Imported products: delivered within 6 to 9 business days, including cross-border shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

WHERE DOES WEEZY SHIP?

We currently ship to over 27,000 pin codes across india, including jammu & kashmir and the north-eastern states. at this time, weezy ships exclusively within india.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

  • Prepaid orders above ₹5000: free shipping.
  • Orders below ₹5000: flat shipping fee of ₹100.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): additional ₹150 cod charge.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, whatsapp, and sms. you can also track your order using the tracking section available on our website.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

While we work with premium carriers, occasional logistics or customs delays may occur. we are not responsible for such delays, but our team closely monitors every shipment and provides assistance to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
